Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronic item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the device securely in its original box with all cables, manuals, and protective inserts.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
